- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 - Volleyball Courts (4 ea); 1) 3,200 square feet located at Quijota Blvd and Crusader Drive 2) 3,200 square feet located at Bldg 4224 - South Side 3) 3,200 square feet located at Bldg 3610 - West Side 4) 3,200 square feet located at Bldg 3508 - North Side 0002 - Bama Park (1,170 sq ft); 0003 - CDC Building 2614 (14,337 sq ft); 0004 - Youth Center Building 6000 (1,600 sq ft); 0005 - Quijota Blvd Park (4,830 sq ft). Period of Performance - 12 months, FOB: Destination for service at 355 CES/Brian Wahl 3791 S. Third St. Bldg 5315, DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds.
