- The government intends to award a contract for monthly preventive maintenance and repair of all gymnasium equipment and cardiovascular/exercise machines for the Combat Control Training Gymnasium located at Keesler AFB, MS. Repairs include all parts and labor, plus monthly preventive maintenance, required to keep equipment in proper running order. The proposed acquisition is set aside for small business and the business size standard is $7.0 million. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 81130. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The anticipated date the solicitation will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov is 14 Sep 09. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
