Description

The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to the St. John Group, LLC, 165 Old Farm Road, Marietta, GA 30068. The requirement will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, with a period of performance of six months after contract award. The Contractor shall fully document current Integrated Consortium of Laboratory Networks (ICLN) data exchange formats and protocols, define minimum data set and reference model and provide conceptual architecture and recommendations to the Information Technology Communication Coordination (ITCC) Subgroup. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to award to only one source under the authority authorized under (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested sources may submit a letter via email to the Contracting Officer identifying their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. Responses must be received no later than September 25, 2009, 4:30PM EST. A determination to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals or quotations.
