- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, on behalf of the Air Warrior Program, intends to issue a Request for Proposal to acquire a maximum purchase of 1,000 Improved Signal Data Converter (ISDC) and associated mounting trays. The solicitation will result in the award of a single five-year IDIQ hardware contract for Commercial Off-the-Shelf Non-Developmental Items to one of the below listed approved sources. A justification to limit competition has been approved for the following approved sources: BAE Systems Information and Electronics Integration Inc., and EFW Inc. There are no solicitation packages or drawings available for this acquisition because the Government does not own the technical data package. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation, including the Statement of Work and its attachments and exhibits is on or about 23 September 2009.
