- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the Department of Energy (DOE) posts this pre-solicitation notice. PROJECT INFORMATION: A Request For Quote (RFQ) will be issued to obtain A Budget Analyst for Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Offices. The contemplated award will be a Firm Fixed Price task order placed in accordance with FAR Part 8.4. The solicitation will be issued through GSA E-Buy on or about September 11, 2009.
