- This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACT #W9126G-07-C-0004, Koontz Electric Company, Inc.
