- Please complete no more than three questionnaires and submit each with your quote. List of requested furniture for the 58th RQS on Nellis AFB. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-09-Q-0707 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular 20090825 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. (iv) This procurement is being issued as full and open competition with the requirement that items quoted shall be at least 75% from a GSA schedule. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337214. (v) The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, and management: to provide the following: - Furniture for four buildings. Itemized list of furniture attached. Additional specifications shall be addressed at the mandatory site visit. The provision at 52.212-1--Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8-- Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. PST. PST Thursday, 17 September 2009. The place of initial meeting for the site visit will be at the Visitors Center, (intersection of Craig Rd and Las Vegas Blvd) NLT 9:45 A.M. PST. Please bring all necessary personnel to the site visit as this will be the only time available to survey the facilities and gather any information. All personnel planning on attending and driving on the installation will need a valid state driver's license, current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
