- Statement of Work Service Maintenance Agreement RA600 Film Digitizer OBJECTIVE The Clinical Center is a clinical research hospital providing medical services for patients participating in human research protocols of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The Clinical Center (CC) provides patient care facilities and services for clinical investigations by the NIH Institutes, research in related areas and other training programs. Radiology & Imaging Sciences (RAD&IS) provides clinical radiological and general patient care services in a biomedical research environment. SCOPE OF WORK: A service will be provided to RAD&IS on existing RA600 Film Digitizer located in the Digital Film Library to support diagnostic/research studies on patients in clinical protocols and the NIH Clinical Center mission of providing quality patient care. 1.Provide 24X7 Remote Operation Center Support 2.Provide Active System management 24X7 Proactive Continuous Monitoring of System Software 3.Provide 30 minutes phone response for critical priority service requests 4.Provide software break fix with onsite labor assistance provided Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm exclude vendor holidays) 5.Vendor will provide remote troubleshoot on any reported issue. 6.Provide remote application support Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm 7.Provide hardware support on Vidar digitizer GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Computer Hardware include CPU, LCD monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Services Providers Responsibilities: 1.Software support for GE RA600 Film Digitizer System ID: NIHRW220 (01658655) 2. Vidar Diagnostic Pro Advantage System ID: NIHRWVIDAR (01658661) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance shall be one year from the execution date of this award.
