- Presolicitation NoticeVA-256-09-RP-0450 The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Anthro Corporation, 10450 S.W. Manhasset Drive, Tualatin, OR 97062 for the purchase, installation, and training for (31) Carl's Table Model CT08SG/MCS; (31) Carl's Table Large CPU Holders SI #679SM; (31 ea.) CT08 Additional Monitor bar with brackets, #633BK; (31) Flat panel arms, #LCDSM; (14) Flexible highback Verte' chairs with headrest, #904BK; and (15) CT08 Large monitors retrofit, #691BK. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 pm local time September 15, 2009. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their product meets the VA requirements to the Contract Specialist, Sheila Reed, via fax or email at 501.228.8671 or sheila.reed@va.gov. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
