- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Bogota, Colombia has a requirement for two (2) each Universal Static Balance Fixture (USBF) Part No. AV-001-002. Items will be delivered to Bogota, Colombia. The procurement will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The agency intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract with Avion Manufacturing, Inc located in Wright City, MO. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. A request for proposal or solicitation will not be available. Interested parties may identify their questions in writing to the Government POC. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1600, local time 14 September 2009.
