- Class Open Market J&A On 30 August 2009, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) awarded a $2,264,190.00 firm-fixed-price contract to Source of Future Technology, Inc (SOFT), 161 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 904, New York, NY, 10013-1205 to renew an expiring software maintenance contract for the product Terminal Area Processing System (TAPS) for DISA Computing Services. The period of performance is a one-year base period beginning 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 with four one-year option periods. The place of performance will be worldwide for all processing environments where DISA maintains computing services responsibilities. The solicitation was issued for other than full and open action pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and posted on the FedBizOpps website on 15 July 2009. The only offer received was from the incumbent, SOFT, a Small Business. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Scott AFB, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
