- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Attached is the Solicitation for the rental of 10 each 15 passenger vans to be delivered to two seperate locations for use by the Louisiana National Guard. This requirement is for FY 2010 and will not be awarded until 1 Oct 09 and Contingent of Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18). Vendors are to include two references on related services with quote. Quotes can be faxed in with prior notification. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure quote are recieved. Quotes are due 23 September 2009 by 2:oo PM CST.
