- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation Reference DG1351-09-RQ-0158(GJB). This solicitation document incorporates the Statement of Work, provisions and clauses. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36, effective August 11, 2009 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry Security (BIS) is requesting The following FAR clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1,Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the following factors must be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement and price. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. DESCRIPTION Contractor must provide AT&T Mobility Aircard and Worldwide service one year period of service Data Connect Global Sierra Mercury Aircards five each. OFFER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS-Quotations must include the following items. Submission of a quotation that does not contain all the items requested below may result in elimination from consideration for award. 1. Quotations must include: (1)company name, address, telephone number, email address, and FAX number; (2) Solicitation number; (3) Unit price and extended price for CLIN from Statement of Work (4) Contractor DUNS number and CAGE code, 2. Offerors are required to include a copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its quotation or may indicate completion of the representations and certifications on the internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to include the certifications along with a price quotation or to complete the certification on the internet may result in elimination from consideration for award.
