- The Department of Veteran's Affairs, Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines Division located in Des Moines, Iowa intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(1), as implement by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Pitney Bowes, 1245 E Brickyard Road, Suite 250, Salt Lake City UT 84106-4278, for the procurement of postage for mail metering machine. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and there will not be a solicitation issued for the requirement.
