For complete details of this requirement see attached SF 1449 and additional attachments including the Performance Work Statement. All quotes are due NLT than Thursday 17 September 2009 at 0800 MT. All quotes will be emailed to paula.r.moore@us.army.mil or faxed to 605/737-6752. All questions are due in writing NLT COB on 15 September 2009.
