- Amendment to FA4819-09-T-0041. The purpose of this amendment is to remove the Qubica/AMF Brand Name only restriction. The Brand Name Justification is no longer applicable. This is a solicitation for the purchase and installation of the following Qubica/AMF or equal parts: (A) 6 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 610088055; Two 90XLi pinspotters (includes dual pit light). (B) 1ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 610088015; 90XLi Standard Spares Kit, 50 Hz or 60 Hz (for 1 to 16 lanes). (C) 1ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 199088001; In Center Training, 1 week (40 hours). (D) 12 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 610490079; replacement kickbacks (per lane). (E) 6 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 610490237; DuraBowl Glow Coverboard kit (including down sweep) (one run). (F) 7 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 612049000; Xtreme capping lights with capping (capping with channel for light string). (G) 1 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 612520153; Profile SmartPath spare parts kit. (H) 6 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 250001001; Profile ball lift only. (I) 6 ea: Qubica/AMF P/N: 612460012; Radaray XLi - Covers one pair of lanes (XLi chasssis).
