- The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Viacom Outdoor, 1625 K St., NW, Washington, DC 20006 for the annual Recruitment Advertisement Campaign to encourage area residents to participate in NIH Clinical trials on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302.1 and 41 (1) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Viacom Outdoor is the only source for displaying advertisements in the Washington, D.C. area metro trains and buses. The advertisement will be displayed behind the bus driver and will run for two months October and November in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia’s metro buses and trains. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide the product by submitting their information to Deborah Culpepper dculpepper@cc.nih.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However all proposals received within 3 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
