- This is a Commercial Purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must make reference to Solicitation Number FA2816-09-T-0011. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 05-36 dated 11 Aug 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423210 with a standard size of 500. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the contractor shall provide pricing for each contract line item. All products are manufactured by TopdeQ; CLIN 0001 – Sculpture Chaise, Ercolina Chaise, p/n B-24072 or equal, qty 1ea. CLIN 0002 – Sculpture Chaise, Ercolina Chaise, p/n B-24073 or equal, qty 1ea. CLIN 0003 – Workstation & Chair Combo, p/n 23072 or equal, qty 2 sets. CLIN 0004 – Artwork by Ickrath Metropolix, p/n B-24942 or equal, qty 1 set. CLIN 0005 – Armchair Seating, p/n B17942 or equal, qty 1ea. CLIN 0006 – 3-Seat Sofa Seating, p/n B17943 or equal, qty 1ea. CLIN 0007 – Conference Table, p/n 25947or equal, qty 1ea. CLIN 0008 – Conference Chairs, p/n 16147or equal, qty 8ea. FOB Delivery location is Bldg 425 Ft Mac Arthur, San Pedro, CA 90731. The following provisions and clauses are applicable. The provisions at the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-6, Data Universal Numbering (DUNS) Number (Apr 2008); 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Oct 2003), applies to this acquisition. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items (Jan 1999), the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the best terms and provide the Government the best possible service end product. All offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items (Jun 2003), with its offer. The following Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) clause applies to this acquisition: 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Air Force Installations (Aug 2007). The contractor will be allowed access to the Air Force base in order to perform work-related activities that include installation and maintenance of the system. To be eligible, vendors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), with NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to register through the internet, the website is: http://www.ccr.gov. A Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number is required to register. The DUNS number will be acquired from the website: http://www.dnb.com/. Verification of CCR registration and Tax ID number must accompany your quote.
