- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to issue on a Full and Open Competition basis, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Contract to procure wrestling mats for four DoDDS Pacific DDESS Guam schools in Japan for the 2009-2010 High School Wrestling Season. Specific details shall be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-09-T-5012 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 8 September 2009 with an anticipated award date on or about 18 September 2009. The Solicitation Number is HE1260-09-T-5012 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-24 & Class Deviation 2005-0001 and DCN 20080303. The submission due date and time is Wednesday, 16 September 09, 3:00 PM (JT). Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ is accurate and current. FSC Code: 7810, Athletic and Sporting Equipment.
