Quest Software, Inc. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FISC, Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FISC Code 0270.2SP. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334119
