- Amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation Guidelines, Expectations for Generators to be supplied. This is a Generator Equipment & Parts Requirement, including delivery - for the attached RFQ. This award is being conducted under the terms of FAR 12 and 13.5. Due to revisions in the required specifications, we are obligated to amend the prior solicitation. All proposed equipment, and models, must meet the outlined minimum criteria found in the attached Specifications & Requirements page.
