- RECOVERY - This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Umatilla Field Office (near Hermiston, OR), has a requirement to replace an existing ST8000 Atlas Polar trash rake with an upgraded model DT 8300. Contractor shall provide all supplies, technical support and comprehensive manuals that outline system operation, maintenance schedule, troubleshooting guide, and parts list. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) associated with this project is 333999. The small business size standard applicable to this project is 500 employees. This procurement will be awarded using the Test Progam for Certain Commercial Items set forth in FAR Part 13. This procurement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY September 10, 2009 at www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of any contract; for more information regarding this requirement please visit www.ccr.gov. Please be advised that the Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on the Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. This is to correct previous announcement 09SQ108130 (or 0910AN8130 or 09SQ108130a) which had an incorrect NAICS cited in the description and to correct the Contracting Office.
