- HSFEHQ-09-Q-0129 (Solicitation for metal sheets) This requirement is for metal sheets that are needed at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Temporary Housing Unit (THU) located in Cumberland, Maryland. T he metal sheets will be utilized to repair, mend, and refurbish the manufactured homes inventory. The attached solicitation provides additional information on the specific supplies that are needed.
