- Description
- The work covered consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, material, and performing all work necessary to inspect existing construction, verify required repairs, and complete a functional 295 square meter (3164.9 square feet) steel ‘Container modular’ (Standard Size ISO Containers; 2.4 m x 2.4 m x 6.0 m or 2.4m x 2.4 m x 12.1 m) building on existing concrete slab foundation, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. (See attached conceptual drawings.) All work will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer(s) and Civil Engineer office, 376 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW). If not specified in this Statement of Work, the Contractor shall be governed by the “Manas Design Standards” (see attachments) current edition in effect at the time of the solicitation.
