- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue on a sole source basis, a simplified acquisition to Phoenix Software International, Inc., 5200 W. Century Blvd Ste 800, Los Angeles, CA to obtain FALCON DATA ENTRY SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR MVS FALCON/DE FOR Z/OS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 PM EST on September 15, 2009. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required software maintenance support at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and is more advantageous to the Government, Public Debt will make a sole source award to Phoenix Software International, Inc. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
