- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 332995 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. When requested,t he ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection official.
