- 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc., 8661 Robert Fulton Drive, Columbia, MD 21046. This requirement is to purchase one vector network analyzer and calibration unit. Rohde & Schwarz is the only company that can provide this specific product with the necessary measurement capabilities. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
