- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mt Weather, VA 20135-2007 intends to award a sole-source contract to PEPRO, 671 Colbert Avenue, Oil City, PA 16301 for ten (10) Pepro Manual Pan and Tilt Directional Antenna Mounts to include pendant control with cord; 15" X 17" fiberglass enclosure; din rail and termination block mounted in box; connectors for control pendant; adapter bracket for 1.5' pipe; 4" antenna standoff. Each pan and tilt mount must not exceed fifteen (15) pounds in weight and must be able to support up to a 3-foot parabolic dish. FEMA OAM intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335929. The total estimated dollar value is $52,000.00.
