- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911SE-09-P-0230. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC Center at Fort McPherson, GA intends to procure on a sole source basis with Hupp Aerospace Defense, 1690 Summit Street, New Haven, IN 46774. The NACIS code for this requirement is 332312 and the business size is 500. The product to be purchased will be a specialized design HAD211FTR AH-64D 500 Hour Phase Kit. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the product that will satisfy the Governments requirements. Any firm that believes it can furnish the product described above may submit a capability statement via written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. No multiple awards will be made. All responses received within three (3) days of the date of this publication (by 1:00 pm, Friday, September 11, 2009) for this advertisement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties shall email LTC Douglas Lightner at doug.lightner@conus.army.mil. FAR 5.207 (c) (15) (ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
