- Amendment 1: Qualification Requirements for Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. i. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) identified as AG-8C30-S-08-0006. ii. The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-36. iii. The solicitation is a total set-aside for small business and the associated NAICS code and small business size standard is 541690 and $7.0. iv. Quoted prices must be in accordance with the following schedule of contract line items. Item # Description Qnty Unit Unit Price Extended Price 1. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and contained in this synopsis/solicitation. vii. The period of performance and delivery locations is as identified in the Statement of Work. viii. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition addenda are not attached. ix. Award will be made to the responding vendor that submits the lowest price which is technically acceptable. x. Offerors are to include with offers: 1. A Certified Offer (SF-18) 2. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items 3. Documentation that you meet the “QUALIFICATIONS” as identified in the Statement(s) of Work. xi. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are not attached. xii. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are not attached. xiii. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. xiv.
