- Description of CLINS The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to procure Security Awareness Products in accordance with the attached list: This notice is a Request for Quotation(s) for the purpose of awarding a commercial items Contract in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be awarded to one vendor. Vendors must bid on all CLINS. Multiple awards will not be made. VENDOR MUST HAVE CAMERA READY CAPABILITIES. WE ARE NOT SOLICITING FOR THE CREATION AND DESIGN OF ARTWORK. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CLEANLINESS OF IMAGES. All interested parties have 2 days from the publication date of this announcement to submit a quotation. All responses should reference control number 128/0009A/09 in the subject line of thieir quote. Responses should be submitted to: glenna.paulson@dia.mil or FAXed to: (202) 231-6179. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award of a contract with this agency. The following clauses are hereby incorporated in subject solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
