- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. NAICS code is 238220 and applicable size standard is $14M Solicitation number F6TSCE9180A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for quote is due by 11 Sept 2009, 9:00AM Pacific Time. The RFQ will result in a fixed price (per room) contract. Statement of Work. Contractor will provide all labor materials and supervision to Remove clean and reinstall window AC units as follows: The project is located on Air National Guard Station on Paine Field WA, building 510. The perimeter the window is 42in.X 72in. total of 6 windows. The windows is located on top of the surface of the roof on building 510. Remove all window units and clean caulking material from windows. Clean, prep and prime using manufactures recommendation. Inspect and document the window condition. Re-caulk the internal window, reset the glass and install new window gasket seal. Re-caulk all window perimeter, heads, jambs and flashing joint. Before any service is render, submit MSDS for approval. End Statement of Work Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
