- 1.Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 3C Methadone Dispensing Area as required by drawings and specifications. 2.ITEM I, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Work includes general construction, alterations, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. 3. ITEM 2: SCHEDULES: All work shall be performed during non-business hours which shall be after 4:30pm Monday through Friday and during weekends as required. The project shall be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed.
