- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Hardware Section (DITCO-PL8322), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LVW Electronics, 1540 Quail Lake Loop, Colorado Springs, CO, 80906 for the acquisition of 24 Channel Passive Press Box with individual ground lift on each channel. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capabilty to provide/perform within 15 days of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available. Suppliers may email written correspondence to the following address: natalie.smith@disa.mil. The estimated date of award is 30 September 2009. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
