- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPOTUNITY IS ONLY EXTENDED TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT W912HN-07-D-0032, NATIVE AMERICAN SERVICES CORP. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a Request for Proposal Development. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing Indefinite Delivery Contract. The task order will be firm fixed price. The contractor's Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) is 048530112, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; size standard $33.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: Project number: DE 02788-9P. The work shall consist of the following: This project will consist of replacing the existing failed roof on the Chaplain Administration Facility, Building 29601. The existing facility is approximately 6,000 square feet. The new roofing system shall be a standing seam metal roofing system with a minimum 4/12 slope in the base standard red color in compliance with the Installation Design Guide. The new raised roofing system is to be installed over the existing built-up roof. The roof shall have a minimum 24 fascia and a minimum 24 overhang. Color finishes shall be standard 70 percent polyvinyldene fluoride (Kynar 500) color finish. Wind loading design shall be in accordance with ASCE 7 latest edition. The roof system shall include a complete roof drainage system. Gutters and downspouts shall match the standing seam roof.
