- Solicitation SPM4A7-09-R-1203 will be issued to procure a Quantity of 32 each of NSN 1560-01-410-7003, STABILIZER, VENTRAL. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. A Drawing Package is available, it is Export Controlled. This item is Source Controlled. The only firms approved for this item at this time are CAGE 1XKR3, AEROSPACE & COMMERCIALTECHNOLOGIES; CAGE S5503 CYCLONE AVIATION, CAGE 81755, LOCKHEED MARTIN. Delivery is 180 DARO for the FAT and 180 DAFAA for the Production items, or best Delivery offered. The RFP will be available after September 22, 2009.
