- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife has need for an aerial herbicide application with a GPS enabled aircraft, Arrowwood NWR, Pingree, ND. 600 acres of leafy spurge are to be treated with the herbicide Plateau. The herbicide will be provided by the Refuge. Delivery date is no later than September 30, 2009. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about September 8, 2009 with a closing date of September 18, 2009. The RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Quotes are to be submitted through the GPE. All quoters must be registered as an active vendor on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website (www.ccr.gov) and must have completed the applicable Representations and Certifications on the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) website (https://orca.bpn.gov/) in order to be eligible for an award. Please be sure your firm is registered. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115112 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7 million.
