- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis one (1) lot of pin diode switches, isolators, and circulators. The sole source justification is based on meeting the customer's requirement for reducing interactions throughout the coaxial network. The item will be procured on a sole source basis from RF Lambda USA LLC, 2708 Wickham Court, Plano, TX 75093-3112. Please reference attached document providing CLIN data for quantity, part number and description. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 16 September 2009, no later than 4:00 p. m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 25 September 2009. Quotes may be submitted by EMAIL in Microsoft Word format to KAREN.SORRELL@NAVY.MIL or by FAX to: 540-653-6810.
