- NSN 3120-00-404-2045; Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning; Purchase Request Number 0023720236. Part Number Item. Dover Engineered Systems (CAGE 97613), Part Number KSSB12-21. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 150 days after receipt of order. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 138 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be September 23, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
