Only qualified products approved by Tinker AFB can be used to fill this requirement. The clause at 52.209-1 explains how to qualify a product. The government intends to award sole source to Aero-Chem, Inc, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
