- Consideration of Award Will Be Limited to a 50 Mile Radius of Durango, Colorado. Routine Cleaning Service -The contract consists of cleaning the Administration Building, 3700 square feet of office space located at 103 Everett St., Durango Colorado. The office consists of: a. 10 Private Officesb. One Conference Roomc. Reception Area (including the glass door)d. Copy/file Room and Break Areae. Three Restrooms One double-wide (24 x 60) trailer located at 4861, C.R. 211, Durango Colorado, and The inspection compound located at 7073 C.R. 211,Durango, Colorado. The inspection compound is comprised of three office trailers: a. single-wide trailer (14 x 66)b. double-wide trailer (24 x 60) c. double-wide trailer (24 x 60) A.3. SCOPE The services specified in the Schedule shall be performed by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of this work statement. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary to perform the needed service. A.4. WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULES Regular cleaning activities for the Administration buildings shall be performed daily after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cleaning of the Office Trailers shall be performed once per week, on Saturday or Sunday. The contractor shall arrange his/her work so as not to cause interference with normal operation of government business. All work schedules deviating from the hours listed herein shall be submitted to and approved by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative. This contract covers the period of October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.
