- This is a synopsis for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.2 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No numbered solicitation will be issued. This synopsis is issued as a Request for Quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-36. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 333319 and 500 employees respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this procurement. USPFO for Vermont, VT-PFO-PC, has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide Head Mounted Display (Quantity 1 each W90HT892440502) HMD 6000333-20, Head Mounted Display (Quantity 2 each W90HT892440501) HMD 6000333-6, and installation and support of VCOT HMDs. These units are manufactured by Raydon Corporation, Daytona Beach FL. The quote shall include shipping costs to RRTC, 161 University Drive, Northfield VT 05663.
