- Description
- This contract was awarded on September 30, 2003, after a full and open competition. Under this modification, the contractor shall utilize these American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds to pay the fixed day rate for approximately 251 days during FY2010 for the Scientific Ocean Drilling Vessel, which was selected under a subcontract from a full and open competition. In addition, fuel and lubricants may be purchased and reimbursed at cost. The total funds expended for these services may not exceed the obligated $25M in ARRA funds.
