- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W56HZV09d0027. This action is to modify the current Construction Equipment Service Life Extension Program (CE SLEP) requirements contract W56HZV-09-D-0027 on a sole source basis with Caterpillar Defense & Federal Products. This modification will add the DEUCE, the 613B Sectionalized Scraper and the 613B Sectionalized Water Distributor to the vehicles that can be inducted into the SLEP program, and provide for the SLEP and conversion of non-sectionalized 130G Graders into sectionalized vehicles.
