- Description
- The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is investigating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) alternatives to no-premise solutions for traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. PNNL is seeking to identify companies that offer a ntegrated SaaS solution for Human Capital Management, Financial Management, and Expense/Procurement Management. Solutions minimally must support the following business functions. Human Capital Management: Human Resource Information Management, Staffing/Recruiting, Development/Qualification Management, Performance Management, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Payroll. Financial Management: General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Customer Management, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Financial Reporting. Expense/Procurement Management: Employee Expense Management, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Accounts Payable. Solutions must provide web-based self-service interfaces for managers and employees as well as "Back-Office" workers.
