- Description
- Solicitation SP0600-09-R-0413 Renewable Energy Certificates, for ultimate transfer to the Environmental Protection Agency. Contract(s) are anticipated to be quarterly deliveries starting March 2010 and ending December 2014. Total contract quantity is 1,002,800,000 kWh. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
