- This announcement is a modification of a previously announced procurement action. SOLICITATION SCHEDULE REVISION. The TENTATIVE solicitation issuance date is changed from August 7, 2009 to September 22, 2009. The TENTATIVE bid opening date is changed from September 8, 2009 to October 13, 2009. The principle components of the work consist of 1) furnishing and installing concrete parking slabs, including gravel base, common excavation, and painting stripes for parking areas, 2) furnishing and installing concrete sidewalks, including gravel base, 3) furnishing and installing aggregate surfacing, water hydrants and hand pumps with slabs, and paint striping for existing parking areas, 4) removing concrete, and 5) installing parking bumpers, accessible fire rings with concrete slabs, accessible grills with concrete slabs, accessible fee stations, accessible parking signs, campsite identification markers, accessible handrails, and gutters and downspouts. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238990. The Small Business Size Standard is $14 million. This acquisition is unrestricted. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This specifications and drawings will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package will be available on CD. To request a CD copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart Blackeagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Any dates identified in this announcement may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Contractors interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active registration (http://www.ccr.gov). Contractors submitting a bid/quotation must complete their Representations and Certifications on Line (Section K of the solicitation).
