- Floor Plan A1.4.1 Floor Plan A1.3.2 Floor Plan A1.3.1 Floor Plan A1.2.1 Floor Plan A1.1.1 Floor Plan A1.0.2 Floor Plan A1.0.1 Schedule B Performanced Based statement of work Standard Form 1449 The USDA, Animal and Plant Inspection Service (APHIS), and Agricultural Research Service (ARS) have a recently constructed joint facilities known as the National Centers for Animal Health (NCAH). The National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL) Ames, IA, intends to award a commercial contract for an In-Building Wireless Communications System for the USDA national Centers for Animal Health Combines Laboratory Facility in Ames, IA. Commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12 will be used. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded under NAICS code 238210. This IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ******SPECIAL NOTE: Offers shall include 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, which may be submitted from the website: http://orca.bpn.gov Units and service support shall be priced separately. Please see attached statement of work for further information. The Government will award a contract to a single awardee. Award will be evaluated based on technically acceptable and best value to the Government. Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, between the hours of 1-3 pm est.
