- Weather Observation and Forecasting Services at 23 sites across the United States. This amendment is issued to publicize the draft Performance Work Statement and the draft outline of the information that will be required for the technical proposal. Interested companies are invited to provide feedback on the Performance Work Statement to Bonnie Parker at bonnie.parker@navy.mil. Note that any feedback must be submitted in writing. The site visit at the Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia is still scheduled for Wednesday, 9 September 2009 at 9:00 am.
