- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a presolicitation notice and the solicitation is posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is W912L9-09-T-0054. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through 04 September 2009. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to provide Dining Hall Attendant Services. The NAICS code is 722310 with a small business size standard of 20.5 million. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract. Refer questions to Mr. Michael J.
